big time impressed with oregon!!! they seemed like they wanted it ALOT more than usc. i know your an offensive guy, but if your on the usc sidelines as a defensive guy, what do you try to do to slow down oregon more effectively??
i thot that they played NOT to give up a big play way to often rather than attacking like usc usually does. wich resulted in masoli getting out of the pocket and runnin, and it kept there secondary out of the box to help with the opt read run. usc's linebackers are WAY behind what they were last year.... they seemed NON EXISTANT. but anyways just wondering what your opinion is.
** game note **
i thot one of the biggest plays of that game was oregons 4th down conversion early in the 2nd half around mid field... it was a 4th and 3 i think... anyways usc had a good play call and had the Dtackle drop to flats and put a good hit on the oregon wr on a bubble screen, lol, he hit him hard enuff that it propelled him over the first down marker!!! that was one of the FEW chances we had at a stop and it could have really changed the game i thot. chime in on that to if you want.
