Its pretty easy. 1st you have to have a WR with a 90+ spec catch rating. 2nd you need to try and go past the ball and turn into it and you should spec catch. I would take this to practice mode for a few hours a week to get it down.

The best way i use it is by sending the outside WR on an outside slant...(I know thats odd) but for some reason your always in perfect position to make the spec catch.
