ridiculous game

It's at the half, I'm using Louisiana-Lafeyette, at some guy who is 14-15 using Georgia.

Half: Me = 316 yards, him = 5 yards.

I have 244 on the ground.

I think I played the guy you're playing before. Unfortunately don't remember a thing about it, and I don't think I had stats emailed to me at the time.

I'm guessing you stopped his run once or twice, so he's just tried throwing deep the rest of the time?

He's pausing every once in a while and calling me a cheeser because all I'm doing is running up the middle out of ace big. On offense he's not even trying anymore, just trying to annoy me by calling a bunch of audibles.

I offered mercy at the half, he didn't even decline he just let it sit there for a minute before I gave up.

Makes me think of this guy I played that was Georgia and I was USF. I was away, and I was up 24 quite often; he wouldn't accept the mercy. He messaged me hours later saying he wants a rematch in 2 weeks; 2 of his TD's were the CPU biting really hard on PA (I don't know why, he never ran...). I won 52-28 eventually. I wonder if he realizes I used a letter and a third worse team on the road and still killed him.

Alright Chris, my questions..

What exactly is the motion glitch? I was in cover man 2, he moves his WR a little bit (I'm not jamming) and somehow just blows right by my CB. Ended up running past my safety, touchdown.

Does the entire Camp club cry? Everyone I've played from there has whined about something; I had 7 drops, 2 of which were TD drops; after 1 of them, I threw a pick. I lost by 11. Every strip he got on me he recovered; I only got a strip on him once, didn't recover.

Onto his whining; at the beginning of the second half he immediately starts running out the clock. Whenever someone does this, I consider them scared that the other person's going to come back. So, I start killing him with SE drag; only play I'm running because I'm getting 15-20 yards a play on him. Obviously, I need yards/points fast and he can't stop it, and he's running out the clock. Is that really that bad? He paused, goes "One play lol, you're garbage."

In my opinion, I don't think it's that bad considering the circumstances. He's bleeding the clock that fast and I'm down 18..

Next 2 drives: I just run corner routes on him in different formations and killed him with those. Should've been 2 TD's, but it was a TD/FG. I dropped the ball in the endzone twice. I wish I would've paused and told him his defense was garbage, because if it wasn't for him recovering everything/not fumbling/me dropping passes, I probably would've had him by around 10.

The motion "glitch" is just motioning your WR over and back so that he only goes a couple feet and you snap it right before he gets back to his spot. It only works with WRs who are off the line in a SG formation. It throws off the coverage and burns the press well. It's hard to do when the momentum meter is not in your favor.

Ah, I still don't get how it does it when I didn't jam. Only SG tight does that as far as I know.

Our game tonight:

You played real well but your downfall was just throwing into traffic, especially to your TEs and RBs. I kept doubling your TEs and RBs but you still threw to them, you should look off once you see that they are covered and find a WR breaking off the press.

As I've said before, I really don't like the 335 because its too small up front and leaves you vulnerable to the deep pass.

On defense whenever I see your DBs not pressed I know you are in zone.

Yea sometimes even when you're not in jam it can throw off the coverage a bit, that's why some people find it real annoying. Whenever I'm playing someone who does this I always have to user my S and sprint over to whoever is motioning.

Unfortunately, you took out my top QB, and my second string QB. I don't know if he would've made some passes I had, but I had some that were just way off; like when I had Ian Johnson on a wheel route wide open when I was down 8; and my guy threw it out of bounds, I couldn't believe that. Especially since I was on the opposite side of the field.

I thought I was going to have 2 kickoff returns for TD's; to start the second half, I think you *just* got my foot with your last guy. Then at the end when I went down 15, I thought I was taking it to the house after that juke, someone got me from the side.

Overall, I'm still happy with how I did. That's the best by far I've done on offense against you. Held you to 3 points in the first half, but you really broke out the running game in the second half. I don't know why, but it would just not run commit sometimes when I wanted it to; if you saw me "big hitting" air, that was when I was trying to run commit to a side.

Thought I had a chance to score at the end and try to tie it up, but that holding penalty didn't help, that wide open miss to Ian Johnson, and then the false start on 4th and 20 lol. Also missed that 52 yard field goal by a yard to start! Oh well, great game.

I switched back to my better throwing QB and it worked great for me in the 2nd, the only problem I had was when my QB fumbled but the faster QB I used isn't any better at carrying.

My RB got "in the zone" and when that happens there isn't much anybody can do. That TD run where I broke what must have been 3 tackles at the same time was crazy.

Momentum meter + in the zone = unstoppable no matter who is on O or D as long as the teams are even.

Second KO was the last one, juked you and went up along the sideline, someone got me from the side.

That play your RB had was crazy; I was like ok he's got him. Nope. Ok he's got him! Nope. Ok these 3 guys have him! Nope. Ok, guy at the 5 has him! Nope, lol.

Think I did really well on defense this time; I just couldn't finish off my drives on offense. Thought I was gonna have some luck in that game after the first play (that tipped pass I caught), but of course there was a holding penalty. Don't think either one of us really had too much luck; pretty even I think.

Should've gone for the TD to tie at the end, it was only 4th and inches..but I became a believer in take what points I can get against top opponents. Plus I'd managed to stop you quite a bit in that game, so I thought I'd get the ball back. Ah well, it was a great game either way. Hope I can get you next time!

Final stats - Crabtree 41 catches, 852 yards, 11 TD. And his long was only 36. 51 YAC.
