No it would be too soon for him to get it. Two years ago they had that problem with people getting it early so they don't ship it until hours before midnight.

the friend i have in germany...really does have the game i saw him on it the other day....it said playing NCAA 09....i asked him about it and he said he saw it in a box in wal-mart so he grabbed it and took it to the counter and paid for it
