I logged out before I got the message... yea, to double team someone just select the player, hit triangle and then the receiver icon who you want to double. The icons dont show but its the same as on offense: square is all the way to the left, etc.
It's the same on PRs. I like to HR the 2 inside guys... one to triangle and the other to R1... this makes them triple team the 2 gunners.
