PS2 - Top Players on Site

NCAA 09 site Rankings...PS2 players.

1. Dink - Best userskills online.
2. Rep Da 813 - (Only reason he's not #1 is because he has like 9 losses somehow)
3. Goodlandman - Seems like he's pretty even with Rep
4 AZTEK - I'm 1-0 vs him, but quite certain that would change if we rematched.
5. Shake - Never played him, I have him up here based on Rep alone.
6. LION - ME - usually a notch below the Dinks and Reps of the world.
7. Jaamal- I think this guy is decent, but he declined every invite i sent him on 08.
8. Lugoff - Again based on Rep, don't know much about this guy.
9. MichROD - I'm 3-0 against him but the wins weren't easy.
10. Rivan Horde - I think this guy will benefit from the steps NCAA 09 has taken in Cheese Prevention
11. Irishman - Could be anywhere between 7-10 on this list, i'm not really sure.
12. CHADHASHART

Notables left off list:
Trojan - not active, will be high on list when he comes back
Zimm - PS3
512Kid - Next Gen
Rolle - Next Gen
Badland - Not site member
Gatorboi - Don't know who he is
Bucks - never played him

If you are not mentioned and you are a top ps2 player, i must know nothing about you. Start playing site members to earn rep and you'll likely appear on my next list.

P.S. The Vegas league is a great way to make a name for yourself.

Lol...maybe. With the boost to the running game and my own personal improvements with defense, I think I'll be pretty solid. Won't beat the elite of the elite though for a while. Almost beat Darth Grove who I've noticed as usually up there in levels, but lost by a FG when the ball went cockeyed in the EZ and cost me the damn game.

Don't know that I'd beat Dink, Rep, Lion yet, but maybe Nolez if I could get lucky once in a while against him.

Rolle is pretty damn good and has shut me out twice out of the three games we've played. Got in a shootout with him the last game but he was Central Michigan and I was some B team so it's nothing to brag about on my part.

Badland, haven't played him since my real green days but doubt I'd beat him now too.

512Kid and I played good games 2 out of 3 times I've played him.

I'm 1-0 vs MichRod but that could've gone either way.

Lugoff killed me in my early green days as well. I may hang with him now though.

Irish and I match up well. I think he's up on me a game.

Haven't played Zimm, Shake, Goodlandman, Gatorboi, or Bucks but I'm sure they'd kill me (Gatorboi don't know haven't heard of him.)

I'll be there soon. I'm shooting for the second weekend in August, but we'll see. After I come back, Dink will no longer be at the top of the list.

2-2, however the last 3 games we played were after I had retired and was very rusty. We played back when I was in my prime. It was shortly after I beat you and you told me to play him. I was hesitant at first b/c I thought and heard he was cheesy. We wound up playing, and I mercied him. I also won the last game against him as well. The other two games were crap games with him winning by 7 both times I think. EA favored Dink a good bit (I dropped numerous interceptions that hit my best players right in the hands while squared up on the ball)but that's old news. I just feel that I'm better than he is at the game because in our last 3 games his biggest plays were scrambling with Dixon.

Yes, ZephFly should be on the list. He runs the ball better than anyone I've ever played against with Ticc in a very close second.

Jamaal is good too. The last game we played came down to the wire. It was a fun and intense game.

5yardsack is also one of the best I've played.

Nah, excuses are made up, facts are true statements based on observation. I'm presenting facts which you and I both know if I would have made half the picks my guys dropped in my 2 losses to you, I would be 4-0 against you. However, you beat me in 2 games. I'm not making excuses nor will I ever. I'm just stating facts. 09 is out. I'll show everybody when I return to online play.

Goodland, you're a great player, but I wouldn't say that you have the best defense.

I personally think I have the best defense out of everyone on PS2-but offense is another story

I just ranked everyone who I could think of who actively posts on this site. Shitty losses happen to everyone. It seems to me that momentum and home field are even bigger factors in 09.

Also, when i'm playing away and my opponent pumps up the crowd...my game sometimes starts to lag really bad. Does anyone else notice this? Is this part of the home field advantage?

I just popped in a couple times to see if any site members were in there. I was never in for longer than a minute.

I agree. Mine does lag when that happens, but not consistently. I wouldn't think that would be part of it though. If so, they really f*ked up. Home field advantage in real life is big, but players don't just start dragging because of it.
